- Upload one document or paste your experience. It does not need to be a polished CV. Include projects, responsibilities and results; extra notes are optional.
- Review the proposed problems you can solve, choose your geography and working arrangements, and approve the search brief.
- Start a search. Usually it takes 2–5 minutes to connect public company signals with your experience.
- Explore the report: evidence, possible relevance, what is uncertain, a real person and an editable first message. Check the sources before reaching out yourself.
These are possible reasons for a conversation, not confirmed vacancies or promises of work. A search may find nothing useful. No message is sent automatically.
What your trial includes
Three company searches, three AI profile drafts, six focused contact searches and six additional message suggestions. These totals do not refill each day. Your workspace shows what remains.
A started AI attempt counts even if it fails or finds no results. After an interruption, reload the workspace and check the latest run before starting another. Contact Jörgen if a technical problem used your allowance.
Reading, manually editing, saving and copying your work do not use AI credits. No payment or subscription starts automatically.
Help us learn from the beta
Finder records key steps, research duration, safe error categories, AI token and search counts, and which findings are opened. This helps Green Bear identify where people get stuck and whether the results are useful. Usage data does not include CV text, search queries, contact addresses or message text. We do not record your screen or track activity on other websites.
Feedback is optional and uses no AI credits. Only the answer and comment you choose to share, plus the referenced profile version or finding ID, go to the restricted Green Bear beta view. No document or draft is attached automatically. Avoid confidential details in comments. Ratings do not silently change your profile; save your direction changes yourself.
Detailed usage is available for 90 days and feedback for 180 days after its last update. Expired records are removed during the next maintenance pass or administrator visit. The dashboard distinguishes real participants from owner and synthetic tests. Deleting Finder content also deletes your usage and feedback, including links from the learning register; minimal trial counters remain. Administrator notes should contain product observations, not copied personal information.
Your information, privacy & feedback
Your saved profile and reports belong to your signed-in account. AI profile creation sends the background you approve to OpenAI; research uses your reviewed brief, experience and preferences. The original uploaded file is not stored. See “Privacy and deletion” in your profile to remove saved Finder content; minimal trial counters remain so deletion does not restart the trial.
Share only information you are comfortable processing this way. Avoid confidential client documents and personal information about other people.
To leave the beta, delete your Finder content from your profile first, then contact Jörgen about closing access and removing the remaining account records. Deleting a login account alone does not delete Finder records or provider backups.
If something fails, tell Jörgen which step you were on, the approximate time and the visible error. Do not send passwords, login codes or your full CV as an error report. For poor matches, explain which part was irrelevant and what would have been useful.

You can continue reading, editing and copying saved work after your search allowance is used.
